Ein Aurin-Konto gilt für alles (App, Community, Lern-Apps). Löschst du es an einer Stelle, ist es überall weg. One Aurin account covers everything (app, community, learning apps). Delete it in one place and it is gone everywhere.

In der Aurin-AppIn the Aurin app

Einstellungen (Zahnrad oben rechts) → Abschnitt „Konto & Zugang" → „Konto löschen". Du bestätigst mit deinem Passwort und kannst dabei ankreuzen, dass auch alle Einträge auf deinem Gerät gelöscht werden. Die Löschung passiert sofort. Settings (gear icon, top right) → section ‘Account & access’ → ‘Delete account’. You confirm with your password and can tick a box to delete all entries on your device as well. Deletion happens immediately.

Auf aurin4y.org anmelden → Profil öffnen → „Konto löschen". Gleicher Effekt wie in der App. Sign in at aurin4y.org → open your profile → ‘Delete account’. Same effect as in the app.

Ohne Zugang zum KontoWithout access to your account

Passwort vergessen oder Konto gesperrt? Schreib uns über das Kontaktformular oder an [email protected] – Spitzname genügt, wir brauchen keine Ausweiskopie. Wir löschen dein Konto nach einer kurzen Rückfrage, spätestens innerhalb von 30 Tagen. Forgot your password or account locked? Write to us via the contact form or to [email protected] – your nickname is enough, we do not need any ID document. We delete your account after a short check-back, within 30 days at the latest.

Wird gelöscht: dein Konto (Spitzname und Passwort) und damit dein Zugang zu App, Community und Lern-Apps · deine Beiträge, Antworten, Likes und Mitteilungen in der Community · dein Lernfortschritt in den Lern-Apps · eine noch laufende Zugangszeit (die verfällt, es gibt keine Erstattung). Deleted: your account (nickname and password) and with it your access to the app, the community and the learning apps · your posts, replies, likes and messages in the community · your progress in the learning apps · any remaining access time (it expires, there is no refund).
Bleibt auf deinem Gerät: deine Einträge in der App – Aufgaben, Kalender, Notizen, Vorrat und so weiter. Die waren nie auf unserem Server, deshalb können wir sie auch nicht löschen. In der App kannst du beim Löschen ankreuzen, dass sie mit weg sollen; sonst verschwinden sie, wenn du die App deinstallierst. Selbst angelegte Sicherungs-Dateien (Ordner „Aurin-Sicherungen") bleiben liegen – die gehören dir und löschst du selbst. Stays on your device: your entries in the app – tasks, calendar, notes, supplies and so on. They were never on our server, so we cannot delete them. When deleting in the app you can tick a box to remove them too; otherwise they disappear when you uninstall the app. Backup files you created yourself (folder “Aurin-Sicherungen”) remain – they are yours and you delete them yourself.
Bleibt bei uns: Rechnungen zu gekauften Codes. Die müssen wir aus steuerlichen Gründen aufbewahren – im deutschen Steuerrecht in der Regel zehn Jahre. Sie enthalten keine Verbindung zu deinem Spitznamen. Alles andere ist mit der Löschung sofort weg; maßgeblich sind die Angaben in der Datenschutzerklärung. Kept by us: invoices for purchased codes. We are legally required to keep those for tax purposes – usually ten years under German tax law. They contain no link to your nickname. Everything else is gone immediately when you delete; the binding details are in our privacy policy.
💡 Tipp: Wenn du Aurin später vielleicht wieder nutzen willst, mach dir vorher eine Sicherung (App → Einstellungen → Daten → Sichern). Die Datei ist verschlüsselt und liegt nur bei dir – mit ihr kannst du jederzeit dort weitermachen, wo du aufgehört hast. 💡 Tip: If you might want to use Aurin again later, make a backup first (app → Settings → Data → Back up). The file is encrypted and stays with you – with it you can pick up right where you left off, any time.
