Auf dem Kontoauszug steht dein Klarname – das gehört zu jeder Überweisung. Aber: Der Code, den du in der App einlöst, ist für niemanden einsehbar. Er wird nur als Prüfsumme gespeichert und beim Einlösen gelöscht. Eine Bestellung ist nie mit deinem Aurin-Konto verknüpft – selbst wir können nicht zuordnen, welche Zahlung zu welchem Konto gehört. Your real name appears on the bank statement – that's part of every transfer. But the code you redeem in the app is visible to no one. It is stored only as a checksum and deleted upon redemption. An order is never linked to your Aurin account – even we cannot tell which payment belongs to which account.

Der Zahlungsdienstleister sieht deine Zahlungsdaten – wie bei jeder Kartenzahlung im Netz. Für uns gilt aber dasselbe Spiel: Die Zuordnung von Zahlung zu Aurin-Konto haben wir absichtlich so schwierig wie möglich gemacht – sie existiert in unserem System nicht, auch wir können sie nicht einsehen. The payment provider sees your payment details – like with any card payment online. But the same principle applies on our side: we deliberately made linking a payment to an Aurin account as hard as possible – the link doesn't exist in our system, and we can't look it up either.
Aufbewahrung & LöschungRetention & deletion
Zahlungsbelege müssen wir aus steuerlichen Gründen aufbewahren – das verlangt das Gesetz von jedem Unternehmen. Alle darüber hinaus unnötigen Daten werden nach Ablauf der gesetzlichen Mindest-Aufbewahrungsfristen gelöscht. We must keep payment records for tax reasons – the law requires that of every business. All data beyond that is deleted once the legal minimum retention periods expire.

Und wohin das Geld geht, entscheiden nicht wir allein – die Community bestimmt die Verteilung mit ihren Stimmen (Likes). So wird aus jedem Abo automatisch auch ein kleines Stück Unterstützung für andere. Aurin isn’t just meant to be fair to you – it should also give something back: we donate 10% of our yearly revenue to good causes, once a year. And we don’t decide alone where the money goes – the community determines the distribution with its votes (likes).
